Announcement to our customers and users

First of all, a word of solidarity with you, your family, your friends and those closest to you. Our sincere hope that everyone is well, without exception.

We also strongly urge you to maintain your peace of mind and that of others by following the recommendations of your authorities of health and its sovereign bodies.

We inform you that, at this first moment, we will be giving priority to our current customers, and there may be several restrictions on travel and access in person at their respective facilities.

We would like, however, to reinforce that, by their very nature, all of our software products, digital services and data domiciliation systems will remain active within their regular normality.

Additionally, we inform you that we have decided to keep on hold all changes and legal revisions that were in progress to the terms of use of our current services and products.

Please bear in mind that all our services and products continue to operate normally and are always, permanently, by Portuguese legislation and by Community legislation in force.

The price tables will maintain, as usual, their quarterly update cycle. However, we assure you that no price changes are planned for any of the services and products that are directly allocated to Pulsaris, and our suppliers and partners have also assured us of the same.

There may, however, be stock constraints and/or some market fluctuations in physical products, components physical equipment and IT equipment that enters our territory through imports and/or through the circulation of goods within the territory of the European Union.

We would like to point out, however, that everything else will remain the same, including our rates.

Finally, we leave here again a word of solidarity with everyone, and with tender and special thanks to the professionals of health, towards the security authorities and towards all citizens, without exception, who ensure the comfort of our families and the essential services for the normal functioning of our respective nations.
